A renovation of a 28,000 s.f. 1911 historic school building in Petersburg for senior housing. 28 apartment units are being created without any damage or modifications to the existing classroom layouts. This project is being developed by the Petersburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority with both senior/low income and historic tax credits. Budget 3.1 million.
