Trades Learning Center
StudioAmmons is working with the Christiansburg Institute to develop the programming and design for a new 9,000 s.f. Trades Learning Center on its Christiansburg Campus. Continuing the legacy of workforce and community development brought to the school by Booker T. Washington, the new Trades Learning Center will provide focused training in the field of historic preservation and restoration trades. The design of the building is sympathetic to the agrarian buildings that were once part of the Institute's academic and farm campus.
