Over a three-month period StudioAmmons renovated the derelict garage at 235 North Market Street into our firm’s new headquarters. The 6,000s.f. facility was renovated utilizing local contractors and resources while managing an extremely tight construction schedule. The renovated facility features a museum-quality lobby/gallery space, meeting rooms and a large open studio space. StudioAmmons’ interest in sustainable design is represented by the installation of a waste oil furnace which uses recycled motor oil to heat the building.
