StudioAmmons worked with King and Queen County to develop a masterplan for use of the lands and historic assets at the historic county courthouse village. We worked closely with the redevelopment of Fairy’s Tavern as a new county history museum to develop signage, parking and event layouts to help program the open spaces surrounding the courthouse.
