Terry Ammons led the AIA Design Assistance Team on a 3 day charrette to develop a revitalization plan and brownfield mitigation strategy for Cannelton. One of the key elements of the plan is a set of ideas for transforming the large, imposing concrete flood wall that separates Downtown from the Ohio River. The plan focused on new greenway connections to the Ohio River Greenway and the redevelopment of the 30 acre Can Clay brown field manufacturing site which sits adjacent to Downtown.
