BUENA VISTA FORWARD

In 2020 StudioAmmons and our team including LPDA, Chuck D’Aprix, and Landmark Preservation Associates led a public planning process to develop a physical infrastructure and economic restrucuring plan for the city of Buena Vista. A project matrix was developed with each project assessed for feasibility and cost and prioritized for its impact on the phasing of redevelopent. The plan helped the city receive its first 1.3 million dollars in grant money for the initial priority projects which are currently underway.
