Renovation of a late 19th c tobacco manufacturing warehouse in Bedford, VA for market rate apartments

The Bedford Lofts were a sensitive renovation of one of Bedford’s historic tobacco processing plants on the outskirts of Bedford’s revitalizing downtown. Careful consideration was given to the restoration of the building’s exterior additions for a proper fit with the periods of the building’s expansion.
