StudioAmmons developed a desgn based on the use of interior streets and light wells to create over 90 apartments in the buidling on two levels, all with windows and natural light. The building opened in 2016 after receiving both state and federal historic tax credits

The Bosco is a 1-2 story turn of the century warehouse that is divided into four quadrants, each with its interior street for access to apartment entrances. It’s located about 3 blocks from Petersburg’s downtown in its growing warehouse district.

The building was designed with a set of interior streets designed to help bring light into the interior of the large footprint of the historic warehouse while creating gathering space for residents.
